1.WORDPRESS : DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF YOUR WEBSITE

Need more customization, but not quite ready for a Full-On site?

YOUR GOAL :

To get your online presence fast without making you sweat and get some of those customization goodies! Awesome!

TIMEFRAME :

Up to 4 weeks from the moment of receiving all necessary parts and answers

STEPS :

You must have some kind of a logo, otherwise a simple wordmark (your name, name of your business) will be applied. This package doesn’t include any logo development, but you are welcomed to request it a-la-carte.
Your job is pretty and simple — to deliver all the necessary parts, like content and images. I present you with the structure, the customized colors, graphics like header, sidebar widgets etc, and working ready-to-shine website based on WordPress.

If you already have a domain and hosting, great — I’ll need logins and passwords for that. If you don’t have any domain or hosting chosen, that’s great too — I’ll take care of that, or, if you can’t wait — please, go ahead and purchase the hosting from my most trusted company — HostGator. Make sure to right away sign up for yearly plan, since it’s going to save you money, big time.

2.CUSTOM/OTHER DESIGN AND ART SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

Logos start at US$650, but if you need any print design work, please specify in the quote.

HOW I WORK : some dryer stuff…

As of now, I only work with WordPress, the best solution for my clients. You can have a full control over your websites, post pages, blog posts, publish news, images etc etc, all from the easy backend. If you need any maintenance (and from time to time there should be one put in place), you can hire me on an hourly basis. I do believe in a dynamic web and that the designer should handle all the structure and let the client/owner of the site work with it as they like. I’ve also created a digital training for working with WordPress.

Before any work I always send a formal quote, which becomes a proposal and that becomes the main document that details the scope of work, exact numbers and holds our signatures.
At this stage it really depends what you need; if it’s a full custom design, from the grounds up or heavy customization of a theme or a branding + a matching website.

I start creating your design based on your needs/likes/dislikes/business goals, etc. From there, I use any framework I’ve developed for myself or have it for clients use, I customize it, test it, implement it into WordPress, test it again, and ultimately set the website live online.

Of course the site has to respond to your hopes and objectives; before anything happens, there is a password-protected questionnaire that needs to be filled out in the beginning. It will help both of us to decide what’s needed and craft the official quote based on your requirements.

All quotes are good for 10 days as per the disclaimer in my signature under the contract. Any invoice up to $1,000 requires full payment , any invoice over $1,000 requires a 50% payment up front to begin. The remaining payment would be due in the middle of the timeline (25%) and at the end of the project (25%)—right before the site goes live online and/or final files are released.
Logos/print pieces take about 2-3 weeks to complete and websites take about 4-8 weeks to complete once the paperwork & payment have been received.

Within time specified on the proposal (always on time) you are up and running with a gorgeous new website!
In case of the print job — you’re as much happy to have your problem solved!
